Founded at the beginning of summer in 2007, TheKitchenAt·在厨房 is the first cooking studio designed for people who love to cook in Shanghai, to share expertise, practice culinary traditions and fully experience fresh, natural and heart-warming handmade food in a familiar, comfortable environment, dedicated to the teaching of home cooking and the promotion of both Chinese and Western food cultures.
Equipped with a bright and spacious open kitchen, gas stoves and high-quality cooking facilities, The Kitchen cooking studio is open all year round, with a wide range of courses led by master chefs and experts, covering extensive categories that include Chinese and western cuisines, pastry, bakery, wine tasting, and coffee art. The courses are organized in multiple ways: from the Chef’s weekly class, open to all by appointment, to advanced courses catering to systematic learning and training, with various workshops providing opportunities for specialization. Private parties and team building activities can also be accommodated in the kitchen as a cooking party.
